Why Can’t I See an Instagram Story?

Common reasons an Instagram Story is unavailable, including expiration, privacy settings and username errors.

A missing Story does not always mean the viewer is broken. Story availability changes quickly and depends on the account’s current settings.

Common reasons

• The Story expired after its normal availability window.
• The account is private.
• The Story was shared only with Close Friends.
• The owner deleted the Story.
• The username was entered incorrectly or recently changed.
• The account currently has no active Stories.

What to try

Check the spelling, remove the @ symbol and try again after a short wait. If the account is private, InstaZoomer cannot bypass that restriction. Use the Story Viewer only for currently available content from public accounts.
